The exhibited works range from painted relief carving, sculptural representations of natural phenomena and stylized figurines including life-sized figures in Portland base bed.
Henry Gray made a beautiful headstone and ledger for my Grandparents and Mother. Designing, making and installing the memorial for our family was a process, perhaps part of our grieving process. I moved from dreading facing the fact that we needed a headstone – to celebrating that we had the most beautiful memorial in the Churchyard.

I really recommend this stone carving experience under the excellent tuition of Henry and Tam. The group had zero experience and we all came away with our own stone carving that we were all proud of. Tam also made sure we were well catered for in the way of tea breaks with plenty biscuits or cakes and a fabulous lunch was provided.
